“ The service is good, the cashier who too out order was polite and knowledgeable. I wanted to order the menudo, but didn't because it did not have pata (beef knuckles); therefore, I ordered the beef soup. The chef was kind enough to divvy it up in two bowls so I could split it with my mom. Wow, we got full before we even finished our food. My hubby enjoyed the carne asada plate that comes with salad, guacamole and corn or flour tortillas. Although it did not have AC, we ate comfortable. ”

“ TASTY CHILAQUILES! I decided to stop by for a Mexican brunch and ordered the green chilaquiles at Vero's. I was really impressed, it's a cool little gem on Florida Avenue! The chicken was yummy and the tortillas tasted great. The beans were a little mid-tier, however the rest of the meal was so good that this was a 90% success. So an A-? I really like this place! The service was friendly and they brought my food out quickly. It's a smaller place so you can sit, wait for your food, and you'll be called up to pick it up at the counter. There's limited seating inside, but I was comfortable and found a spot! The girl working the counter was busy and taking in-store and drive-thru orders seamlessly. I think this place is family-ran so there was generally a good vibe! Vero's is laidback and perfect for a meal with a friend or solo adventure. The shop was clean and has several mini-menus to look over while you're deciding what you want to order. The drive-thru in the back was constantly moving, the staff were very friendly to the customers who pulled up. I could hear them as I left. The parking lot is small but it was easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend stopping by! There's all types of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I saw a few locals coming in, so I'm happy this place is becoming a favorite. ”

“ Stop by to get some carne asada fries and shredded beef burrito. Both were very good. I love the fries as they had the right amount of meat and cheese. The burrito with the ranchero sauce was awesome. The place is a little hidden from view meaning you will pass right by it if you're not looking. I do highly recommend the food. The drive thru person was friendly and polite. I will definitely be back! ”
